My stay at Oakwood Residence Thonglor had its highlights and low points. The service was incredible, truly going above and beyond, especially during an unexpected family medical situation. The location is prime, with easy access to great food and shopping spots. However, I encountered issues with the laundry facilities and felt the manager's response was inadequate, which impacted my overall experience. The hotel is also a bit far from public transport, so that might be a hassle for some travelers.
